  • I am no expert, to be sure. But, since I do have Type 2 Diabetes, I have some concerns with the basic philosophy of a Keto meal plan. At the same time, everything else I have tried has failed me, so, maybe, with some adjustment, Keto is the way I need to go. At any rate, I want to review the contents of the book, and the writing style of the author, not pass some sort of judgment regarding health issues. I mention it, more as precaution for other people, as I would hate to hear of some deaths resulting from the latest fad diets.
  • A fantastic cookbook for those who want to make healthy keto meals fast. I'm not the best cook but this makes cooking easy and simple. Clear instructions presented in an easy to read format. Includes food staples, grocery lists, meal plans, and macro info. I like the wide variety of recipes, especially the jar salad and cheesy zucchini. The ingredients can be found in supermarkets which is perfect. Can’t wait to try all the recipes!

  • Well, at least this book has recipes and some nutritional breakdown. However, the only carbs given are net carbs, and what we really need to know is total carbs. Deleting another "keto" book that is useless to me.

  • Anyone with a busy schedule should definitely check out this book. Well written, researched, and full of quick delicious recipes. All the recipes can be made in 15 minutes or less if properly prepped ahead of time. My favorite recipe is the egg, bacon, and avocado tacos. Delicious
