- I usually hate reading college textbooks, but this one was great!! All the information was broken down well, and it made learning in class so much easier. My professor had the powerpoints that go along with the book, but the information was sometimes vague, so I definitely recommend getting the book )

- I got this book for class. It’s not my favorite. It doesn’t clearly explain some of the subject matter and I’ve had to search the Internet for clarification.
- This textbook is an excellent tool for genetics classes or personal enrichment. The book begins with an understandable platform of basic biology so everything that follows makes sense. I loved and love (I still have it) how this book combines simple language to explain terminology and interesting phenomena in genetics and heredity! The colorful illustrations in the book are clear, well labeled and easy to use. I recommend this book.

- Was a very good book, still have it though because it is not bought back by any stores.
- This is a required text for my genetics class, however I feel like it's my easiest read for the semester. The author does a good job of providing clinical case studies related to concepts covered in each chapter and has excellent summary tables and figures. Also, the additional online questions are an excellent study aid. This book is expensive for the actual size but had the best deal around.
- I rented this book a while back for my genetics class. I wish I would have bought it! Genetics is my favorite topic and this book made the topic easy to understand and fun to learn about. I have never said this before about a textbook, but I actually enjoyed reading this one.
