  Overall, a good book though for anybody who is a fan of German Military History.
• This is a nice photo album of the combat engineers of the Waffen-SS, covering them from 1935-1945. All text is in German/English. While this is mostly a book of photos, interspersed throughout are nice explanations of what being a combat engineer was about. Details of the special weapons used and the various tasks of combat engineers are particularly informative. The photos range from the early years of training, combat, garrison activities, many bridge laying operations, mine clearing, etc. Overall you get to see pretty much all the wide ranging duties that the German combat engineers did.
  
  This is a great book, and the printing on heavy gloss paper and binding are well done.
